A 39-YEAR-OLD Clayton-le-Moors man has appeared in court charged with 14 offences of theft and deception
Kelvin Clark, 39, of Rutland Close, is charged with obtaining property by deception from his former employee, Best Electrical, of Whalley Old Road, obtaining a camcorder using someone else's credit card details, and two charges of theft of property from Best Electrical. Most of the deception charges relate to goods being booked out to companies which had ceased trading.
Clark, whose defence solicitor Elliot Taylforth said works part time as a coach at Leeds Rugby Club academy, was remanded in custody until November 5.
