BARNFIELD Construction Limited has applied to modify its development scheme at the former Hartley Hospital in Keighley Road to form two flats on the ground floor.
This would provide a total of 10 flats in the building.
The company has also submitted plans to build a modified porch and alter door and window openings at the rear.
More detailed proposals will be considered by members of the Colne and District Committee at their meeting on December 13.
