SUPER slimmer Beryl Thomas, who shed more than four stones in six months, has now seen her bank balance swell by pounds - £55 to be exact.
That's her reward from colleagues at Darwen Weight Watchers' Club who have presented her with the cheque - a pound in money for every pound in weight she shed.
Beryl is celebrating after reaching her target weight of 10st 7Ib and dropping three dress sizes. She started out at 14st 6Ib.
Beryl, 50, of Hesketh Close, Darwen, received the reward and a certificate during a presentation ceremony for the club at Darwen New Methodist Church, on Blackburn Road.
