THE recent article by the Bishop of Blackburn with relation to the proposed casino affair poses some pertinent questions.
One would expect a member of the clergy to adopt a neutral view on the subject. Apparently this venerable gentleman supports the scheme.
It would be, therefore, interesting to know if he funded his own exploratory exercise on the matter or was there some inducement involved? If so, his views can be construed as hypocritical.
