I AM very disappointed with the council's refuse collection service.
I put my rubbish in carrier bags, tie them up and place them in the bin, but the bin-men take them out and leave them for the children to kick about and dogs to rip open.
Also, I have four children and one bin is not enough. Why can't the council provide two bins for people with families? Let's face it, we do half the job for the bin-men by taking the bins out in the first place!
