MY son lives in Palatine Road, Blackburn, and he rings the council, sometimes twice a week, to have rubbish removed from near and at the back of his home.
He has had no joy.
Then, on Friday, April 26, Tony Blair came to call and it was obvious that certain parts of Palatine Road were cleared for his visit.
Can someone explain why this happened?
