WHEN are the police going to stamp out juvenile crime, or at least tackle it?
Most crime now is committed by youths who gather in gangs with nothing better to do than hang about drinking alcohol and causing trouble.
I had hoped that David Blunkett would be a much tougher Home Secretary than Jack Straw, but I find that they are the same.
If nothing is done, then we will all be prisoners in our own homes and too scared to go out.
