YOUNG fans of Thomas the Tank Engine were given a thrilling ticket to ride over the bank holiday weekend.
And it was courtesy of Bury's East Lancs Railway which staged another one of its popular Thomas events.
Visitors young and old were also able to meet various friends of Thomas, including the Fat Controller and the Troublesome Trucks.
Other attractions for the young visitors included a popular Punch and Judy puppet show.
Thomas the Tank enthusiasts joined the train at Bury, Ramsbottom and Rawtenstall and rode behind their favourite storybook character.
