A LONGRIDGE councillor is all set to enjoy a repeat performance as Mayor.
Coun Rose Croasdale was handed the official chains of office by outgoing Mayor Coun David Moon at Longridge Town Hall.
It is the second time Coun Croasdale has been Mayor and her seventh year as a town and Ribble Valley borough councillor, representing Dilworth ward. She hopes to raise funds for the Lancashire Air Ambulance and a cancer charity.
Coun Croasdale, an assistant accountant at Jones Stroud Insulations and Krempel, will be accompanied by consort John Adamson.
Her current duties include seats on Ribble Valley Borough Council's housing and overview and scrutiny committees, and positions on the District Youth Committee and Longridge Sports Centre and High School Committee. She is also a governor at Longridge High School.
