TEENAGER Kelly Crook, a pupil at Our Lady and St John High School in Blackburn, was given a thirteenth birthday card with a difference.
Her uncle, Jeffrey Crook, gave her the specially laminated card as part of a diving course in Ashleigh Centre swimming pool.
