BNP councillors have been threatened with a ban from council meetings if they fail to observe the councillors' code of conduct.
Local Government Minister Nick Raynsford said the three BNP councillor in Burnley must stick to the code of conduct which requires them to treat all constituents "in an equal and fair way".
This from a Government that intends to have all-black shortlists for candidates.
