BURNLEY face a home tie against Steve McMahon's Blackpool after the draw for the preliminary round and first round of the Worthington Cup was made today.

The Clarets first round tie will be a one-off played week commencing September 9.

The Clarets will come up against former Burnley player Gary Parkinson and could also face Lennie Johnrose, who is said to be training at Bloomfield Road at the moment.
