DARREN Speers is still in a daze following his once in a lifetime visit to Buckingham Palace last week.
The 19-year-old, of Boston Grove in Leigh, was among a number of young people to be invited to the Queen's Garden Party as reward for his continuous charity work.
The trip, last Tuesday, was Darren's first visit to the capital and he called home throughout the day to tell his family how beautiful everything was and what a fantastic day he was having.
