A LETTER had been received from the Ramblers Association about illegal tipping at the Coal Clough Wind Farm site on Long Causeway. Recently a load of tyres had been dumped. These have been removed, but access to the site is difficult by the condition of walls and a gate. The gate needs to be secured and walls re-built.
