FREE health checks for the over-50s will be provided on Friday as part of Age Concern Week.
The organisation's Blackburn with Darwen branch has teamed up with Darwen Old People's Welfare Committee and Blackburn with Darwen Primary Trust to provide the session at Derwent Hall, DArwen, between 10 am and 2 pm.
Qualified practitioners will be on hand to check such matters as weight and blood pressure, and discuss any particular health worries.
