THE policy on car parking enforcement will be discussed by Rossendale Council's overview and scrutiny committee on Monday.
Members will be updated on the issue of decriminalised parking enforcement and will be told about the options open to them when the county council takes responsibility for the control of off-street and on-street parking later this year from the police.
