PENSIONERS are reminded to guard against flu this year by booking their free jabs now.
The third annual vaccination campaign was launched by the Department of Health on Tuesday as part of the International Day of Older Persons.
The influenza jab is free for anyone 65 and over and for at risk groups, those suffering chronic lung, heart and kidney diseases or diabetes. More details from your doctor or NHS Direct on 01845 4647.
