DAVID Bulmer of the Waterside Inn, Canal Street, Leigh and David and Gillian Heyes of the Garsdale Country Inn and Restaurant, Woodhill Road, Bury are northern regional finalists in the 2003 Licensee of the Year competition.
It is organised by the British Institute of Innkeeping.
The national winner will be announced in London next March.
