JACKSON Stephen -- the accountancy firm based in Leigh and Bolton -- has appointed Chris Barrington, aged 39, as a new Tax Partner responsible for managing the tax advisory practice.
He previously spent five years with North-west independents and 14 years with Ernst & Young.
His particular areas of expertise are extraction planning, capital gains, tax planning, acquisition and disposals.
