REGARDING Christmas presents, I wholeheartedly agree with Winnie McKenna (Letters, December 20) as Christmas is a time to think about those less fortunate than ourselves.
I for one would rather give to deserving causes, but I do not deprive children of presents as this brings a lot of happiness in their lives.
