I WOULD advise all those sick to the back teeth of trying to get into or around Blackburn and then are obliged to pay through the nose to park to give Accrington a visit.
Once you've managed to negotiate the fabulous ring road in Blackburn you will be on your way to three hours' free parking and a huge variety of shops. We found it a real treat.
