LEIGH Centurions players will be paid in win bonuses only this season as they seek promotion to Super League.
"The players wanted to back themselves to win games," said coach Paul Terzis.
"They understand what the new consortium are doing for the club, and this shows the club is working as one. It's fantastic.
"A few of the players approached our club captain David Bradbury about it and they voted unanimously for it. It's player power.
"It's great that the board of directors are prepared to back the players as well and have taken it on board."
