STEPHEN Lightbown celebrated after being spotted as a raw talent in wheelchair basketball.
Stephen, of Blackburn Road, Darwen, paralysed from the waist down when his sledge hit a tree, was nominated to get a new sports wheelchair from the Richard Laghorn Trust.
