CHILDREN in Burnley celebrated the Chinese New Year on Saturday by using chopsticks.
The Asda store, in Princess Way, invited local youngsters to attempt to eat a dish of noodles with chopsticks, which proved to be entertaining for shoppers.
They were also asked to take part in a drawing competition to mark the Year of the Ram. The winner of the competition, which will be announced on Saturday, will receive a £5 gift voucher for themselves and their family, a Chinese wok and hamper and a T-shirt.
