REGARDING the article, So Where Does Our Rubbish End Up, Citizen, February 6.
As staunch recycle people we save all our newspapers and magazines in the blue bags, all kitchen waste, vegetables and fruit waste for the compost.
How can Preston council say waste is contaminated when all waste is contaminated to start with. Never mind with dog/cat food.
What we put into our bodies is already contaminated with pesticides. Nothing is natural.
