ROSSENDALE United have signed former Burnley, Bolton and Middlesbrough defender Gary Parkinson.
The 35-year-old signed for the Unibond League first division side on Tuesday night after their 4-2 Marsden Trophy defeat by Leigh RMI.
And manager Jim McBride believes Parkinson, who looks set to make his debut at home to Guiseley on Saturday, will give them much needed experience as they look to push up the table.
