IT is good to see the positive thinking that will rejuvenate the Pavilions in Church Street, Blackburn (LET, February 12).
The negative thinking of some people with the old 'grotty mill town' ideas will get the town nowhere.
I lived in Blackburn for 32 years and I come back to visit family every year and see the decline. It is only by thinking ahead with a positive attitude that things will turn around.
