THE 24th winner at Pennington Park Winter Bowling is Billy Rigby who beat John Prestwich in the final 21-11. The consolation final was won by Frank Naylor who beat Richard Foster 21-11.
The overall winner of the Winter Merit is Bill Griffiths who now qualifies for the local Champion of Champions which takes place in October.
