KEVIN Glendon has bolstered his defence ahead of the anticipated post-season play-off campaign, by signing Rochdale fullback, Lee Duffy.
Oldham-born Duffy emerged from Dale's youth academy before signing professional forms on the eve of the 1999-2000 season.
The diminutive 21-year-old was handed his first start by Steve Parkin against Port Vale in an LDV Vans Trophy tie at Spotland soon after.
He went on to make 35 first-team appearances.
Unfortunately he failed to make the breakthrough as a first-team regular and spent two months on loan with Rossendale United earlier this season.
Glendon has also began his team building for next season.
He has re-signed Richard Battersby and Simon Kelly, who have both inked new two-year deals.
