IT is obvious to me that for some people the grey wheelie bins are not big enough to put in two weeks of rubbish.
If the householder takes the trouble to purchase black bin bags to put in the excess and neatly ties it up, how much trouble is it to throw the bag on to the truck?
It is no wonder to me why there is such a thing as fly tipping. How the council can be called "Council of the Year" beats me.
