FORMER Welsh international Iwan Roberts has his sights set on a double celebration this summer.

The veteran Norwich striker, 35, is set to make his 300th appearance for the club at Turf Moor tomorrow.

And Roberts, an £850,000 signing from Wolves in 1997, intends to bring top flight football back to Norfolk by racking up 100 City goals.

"I always said when I first signed here seven years ago that my main aim was to get this football club back in the Premiership where we belong," roared Roberts.

"We're within touching distance of that now and obviously I'd love to get the 100 goals.

"I'm on 94 now, but unfortunately the games are just starting to run out."

The big 300 is, of course, dependent on Roberts' featuring tomorrow in what he expects to be a stern test of Norwich's title credentials.

He added: "Stan Ternent will have Burnley wound up - he always does. But we've got to go there and look for the three points because we want to maintain our position at the top of the league.

"There's eight games to go and we've just got to try and win as many of those games as possible.

"And what a great time it would be to put a little run together now."
