A NUMBER of sporting activities aimed at school children are to be held over the Easter period throughout Rossendale Valley.
The events, aimed at five to 13 year olds, will give participants the opportunity to practise and improve their skills.
From April 5-8 Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School, Glen Road, will hold a basketball camp, and between April 13 and April 16 Haslingden High School will hold a cricket camp.
On both dates Bacup Leisure Hall, Haslingden Primary School, Ryefield Avenue, and Haslingden Sports Centre will offer a range of activities. Haslingden Sports Centre will also run a football camp.
