ASTLEY and Tyldesley Road Runners Club will be staging their first major event later this month - the Gin Pit 5.
Runners are invited to enter the race on May 26 at 7pm and which starts from A&T Miners Welfare Club and covers a five mile, well-marshalled course
The event is sponsored by Thomas Smith Fasteners, Atherton and entry is £3 (under 16s £2) payable on the day. Medals to first 15 men and first five women.
