A MAN facing a serious wounding charge has appeared at Liverpool Crown Court.
Wayne Eckersley, aged 22, of Hag Fold, Atherton, pleaded not guilty during the hearing on Monday to wounding Ian Kitts with intent on February 3.
He was remanded on bail to await his trial beginning on August 3.
