THE recently closed 'Toffs' night spot is to reopen under a new name.
Deejays in West Bridgewater Street, Leigh has been granted a six month license and membership will be restricted to over 25 year-olds. The club will be monitored by licensing authorities during the trial period and will be fitted with CCTV cameras. Club management has offered to meet the cost of police presence as and when necessary.
