The predictable 89-years-old star, best known for his jacket, cap and cry of Mr Grimsdale, is to play fitness fanatic pensioner Ernie Crabbe, who Jack Duckworth tries to persuade to buy an exercise bike.
How much do you want to bet that he trips up? A great feat at his age admitted, but one that's past its sell by date.
