A NOTICE in the Bury Times states that houses in a clearance area in Pimhole are "unfit for human habitation".
This is totally untrue. They should have spent some of the available money on these houses, instead of squandering it on good semis on Rochdale Road, worth around £150,000. These houses have had free pointing and their garden walls renovated. Why ?
