A LEIGH man has admitted assaulting another man. Aaron Lilley, of Westleigh Lane, had been due to face trial accused of causing grievous bodily harm to Michael Barker with intent on November 9.
But after his plea of guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm was accepted at Liverpool Crown Court 23-year-old Lilley was further remanded on bail to await sentence on July 2.
