FREE energy-efficient lightbulbs were handed out in Burnley as part of World Environment Day.
Organisers from Burnley and District Friends of the Earth were in town near the bandst to offer help and advice on Saturday.
Burnley & District FOE spokesperson Carole Galbraith said: "People need to make small changes to our daily lives to help save the world's resources and combat climate change.
"Burnley & District Friends of the Earth teamed up with Eaga Partnership who kindly provided energy efficient lightbulbs for us to give away to anyone who pledged to replace an ordinary lightbulb in their home with an energy-efficient one."
The bulbs use about a fifth of the electricity used by conventional ones and last up to 10 times longer.
