THERE is just a little more than a month left for organisations to enter the Remploy 'Leading the Way' awards.
The scheme aims to recognise employers who enable and encourage disabled people to realise their potential in the workplace. Remploy has a factory in Eton Hill Road, Radcliffe.
Now in its eighth year, the awards are open to all employers throughout the UK who set an example and lead the way in the employment of disabled people.
The deadline is Friday, July 16, and the winner will be announced later in the year.
A judging panel will assess each nomination and the north's regional final will be presented by Steve Cram at Newcastle racecourse.
