BURY Diabetic Support Group is holding a special talk on the importance of eye care for people with the condition.
The meeting takes place on Wednesday, June 16, in the Royal Fusiliers Room of the Town Hall, Bury, at 7.30pm.
The group's chairman, Geoffrey Goldberg, said: "Eye care is very important in monitoring diabetes, with tests showing whether the condition has worsened.
"We will have a speaker explaining what is available to people with diabetes. Everyone is welcome, including family members and carers."
