FOUR Leigh people accused of involvement in a £160,000 cocaine supply plot appeared at Liverpool Crown Court.
They are alleged to have conspired to supply the drug in Manchester between October and April.
They are: Warren Cox, aged 37, of Phaeton Close, Atherton; Andrew Creighton, aged 33, of Guest Street, Leigh; Anne Marie O'Connor, aged 40, of Firs Lane, Leigh: Michael Redfearn, aged 22, of Redstart Close, Lowton, Warrington; plus Paul Robinson, aged 44, of Hardman Close, Radcliffe.
Robinson appeared in the dock and the others appeared via video link from prison. An application for bail for Creighton was turned down by Judge David Swift.
They were all remanded until Monday when they are expected to enter their pleas. A trial date was fixed for October 13.
When the case was last before the court, Eugene Fitzsimmons, aged 52, of Huyton, Merseyside, was also facing the charge but the proceedings against him have been discontinued.
