COMMUTERS are being encouraged to pick up a special guide detailing bus, train and tram services during the Christmas and New Year period.
The timetable booklet from Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive, which is now available from their Travelshops and other outlets, provides a summary of service operations between December 24 and January 3. Copies can also be requested by calling (0161) 242 6040.
There will be a reduced level of public transport services operating over the festive period.
