MORE than 60 eager youngsters were honoured with a range of awards at Bury Town Hall.
They received Millennium Volunteers, Duke of Edinburgh and Youth Achievement awards in the presence of their families, professionals and mayor and mayoress.
Youth workers Barbara Wheelhouse and Jenny Hopkinson received retirement gifts, while Ken Manning and Peter Jones, voluntary members of The Duke of Edinburgh's Expedition training panel, received long service awards.
