RACISM has once again reared its ugly head with incidences of chanting at football matches in Spain and Blackburn.
But in my view the people paid to deal with the problem - the police - have a terrible record on racism themselves!
Unless, and until, the police can prove to me and to others that they are beyond suspicion then I will continue to think that they are above the law.
