LIVERPOOL manager Rafael Benitez will again turn to his young guns at Turf Moor tonight.

With the likes of Djibril Cisse, Harry Kewell, Xabi Alonso, Josemi, Kirkland and Steve Finnan all out injured, Benitez is forced to turn to the same youngsters who have taken Liverpool into the Carling Cup semi-finals.

He is also without new signings Fernando Morientes and Mauricio Pellegrino who were not registered in time.

That leaves Stephen Warnock, Neil Mellor, Darren Potter, David Raven, John

Welsh and Zak Whitbread are in line to start tonight's rescheduled third round tie.

And while Benitez admits the FA Cup is not high on Liverpool's priorities this season, he insists he wants to take his team as far as they can in the competition.

He said: "The first priority for us is to finish in the top four in the Premiership and continue to do well in the Champions League.

"The most important for the supporters is the Premiership, so I will give the young players a chance at Burnley because they have done very well and taken us to the semi-final of the Carling Cup this season.

"Against Watford I used a more senior team and they played worse than the young

players had done in the competition.

"I want to win every match and am confident the young players will do well

again for us."

Reds captain Steven Gerrard is rested for tonight's match, but Benitez revealed that much-maligned keeper Jerzy Dudek will start in goal, with 20-year-old Scouser Paul Harrison again on the bench.

Dudek held his hands up and admitted making a mistake for the goal that gifted Manchester United victory at Anfield at the weekend.

But the Reds boss insists he still has confidence in the Polish stopper and is backing him to bounce back.

Benitez said: "I asked Jerzy after the game if it was a mistake and he agreed.

"I think it is the best way to say 'no' and he is still the goalkeeper.

"We all have to accept mistakes happen, but Jerzy has my confidence and is working hard so that next time, maybe there will not be a mistake."
