AS a non-smoker and a mother of four I welcome the smoking ban in Blackburn shopping centre and market. I think it's wonderful that the new owners have the forethought to think of the well-being of all who use the shopping centre, especially young children.
I am however disgusted with the attitude of BB's cafe in the shopping centre. I will not be using the cafe again until they comply with the ban. A cafe is the last place people should be smoking in.
