MAY I remind everyone that the practice for St George's Day Parade is Thursday at St Thomas's at 7pm.
Flag carriers, please wear your neckerchief for ID, and bring your carriers (buckets) to hold the flag.
You must attend the practice in order to carry your flag into church on Sunday.
On Sunday, please assemble on Red Bank Field for no later than 2.15pm in full dress uniform.
Last weekend was the Gaddham Challenge, held this time at Dog Hill Campsite in Oldham. A team from the 10th Radcliffe attended and although they did not win they were persistent and enjoyed the day. I believe it was a team from Ramsbottom that won, so congratulations to them.
Module three for new personnel to Scouting has been arranged for Wednesday, April 27, at Middleton HQ.
The evening will begin at 7pm prompt. Please contact June on 0161 762 9905 for details and costs. Please try your best to attend.
