PLANS for a new row of houses off Snape Street in Radcliffe have been approved.
The land, an infilled railway line, will be used to build 12 semi-detached houses and an apartment block of nine flats.
The development will include a new access road to properties and a cycle path from Ainsworth Road.
Councillors approved the proposals at a meeting of Bury Councils planning control committee.
