Facebook group set up by users to accompany our rally footage
A staggering 54,000 people logged on to The Bolton News website on Saturday to see our coverage of the EDL and UAF rallies.
Our live stream, taken from the roof of the Crompton Place shopping centre, attracted many of those users with around 30,000 people watching the footage.
Hundreds signed up to our Twitter feed and viewed our photo galleries.
And people have even been signing up to a Facebook group called "I watched the EDL and UAF rallies live from The Bolton News website". It has more than 1,400 members.
